We operate exclusively in accordance with the 2017 version of the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen – ADSp 2017 - (German Freight Forwarders' General Terms and Conditions). These limits in clause 23 (ADSp 2017) the legal liability to goods in case of damage to 8,33 SDR/kg, in difference to Art. 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB); in case of multimodal transports including sea transport and/or unknown location of damage/loss to 2 SDR/kg. In addition the liability is limited to € 1.25 Million per damage respectively to € 2.5 Million per event or 2 SDR/kg whichever is the greater.
Bookings are under reserve of provided transport permits. We cannot be hold responsible or liable for any involuntary delay or cancellation of transport.
